Weekly availability

Add a block of hours for each day you take clients. You can add more than one block per day (e.g. mornings + evenings).

On Screen / Filming default hours

A separate weekly template for days that don't have Instructor classes by default (e.g. Wednesdays, weekend mornings). On Screen and Filming can use these hours — Instructor classes always take priority if you add one via an override below.

Instructor one-off overrides

Safely open an extra Instructor-bookable window on a specific date, without touching your recurring weekly hours above. If On Screen already has a booking at that exact time, you'll be warned before it's added — nothing gets silently overridden.

Studio block (filming, meetings, internal use)

Reserve a specific time range for anything that isn't a client class — filming, staff meetings, maintenance, whatever. Blocks that exact window from ALL client bookings (Instructor and On Screen), while leaving the rest of that day's normal hours untouched. Not visible to clients at all.

Days off, holidays — these override the weekly template above.
